Write the first reviewQ: Does it work with WelcomeScreen?
Yes. WelcomeScreen runs on Google TV devices like this stick, as well as Fire TV and Roku. Install the app, link the TV to your listing and it shows your welcome screen to every guest.

Q: Can guests log out of their streaming accounts?
Guests can sign out in each app, but many forget. Add a check-out step to sign out, or have cleaners remove accounts during turnovers.

Q: Is it better than a Fire TV Stick or Roku?
For rentals it is our top value pick: about $40, the full Google TV app store and a voice remote. It lacks Dolby Vision, which most guests will never notice.
