Why Hosts Love It

• Noise alerts: get notified when sound stays above your quiet-hours threshold so you can message guests early.
• Occupancy estimates: spot when more people show up than the booking allows.
• Privacy friendly: measures noise levels and motion, not conversations or video, so it is safe to use indoors.
• Temperature and humidity tracking: catch a broken AC, heating issue or mold risk between stays.
• Works for Airbnb and Vrbo house rules: disclose it in your listing and use the alerts to enforce your no-party policy.
